Lovely plummy nose with black pepper, vanilla and spiced oak. Balanced palate and full mouth with youthful tannins and earthy notes. Long finish of liquorice and red fruits.

10% whole bunch ferment. Pressed off dry to barrel. Aged on ferment lees for 6 months.
